Mark is the Managing Director and founder of Procedor.  He is an expert in Leading People at a Distance and is a visiting professor at business schools in the UK (Ashridge), France (HEC), Spain (Instituto de Empresa), Sweden (IFL) and the Netherlands (RSM).  Mark also speaks regularly on Leading People at a Distance, and is affiliated with the prestigious global speaking bureau CSA Speakers.

Mark brings the experience of an international business career with Eastman Kodak Company to Procedor, having lived and worked in across the world (in the USA, Singapore, Egypt, Italy, Netherlands, Japan and the UK).  He has worked internationally for over 25 years, and provides business culture coaching to executives who are moving between the USA and the UK, as well to those executives who will be leading Pan-European Organisations.

Associate:  Urban Gavelin (Sweden)

Urban has twenty-five years of business experience, of which eighteen in international business. He has held positions as sales, marketing and business development in Nordic, in the European market and worldwide. Urban has lived and worked in Stockholm, London and New York.

He has built and managed Nordic sales organisations and shown great results in sales and marketing activities and is experienced with both consumer electronics businesses as well as "business-to-business" He has worked with change management and among other things developed and implemented new business models for the complete European market. In addition he is experienced and successful in media and Public Relations work, and has studied Executive Management at Lausanne Business School and the Institute of Executive Management at the Stockholm School of Economics.
